Santa Rosa Home has Water Damage from Hurricane

The Before Photo shows the extent of the water damage from a hurricane in this Santa Rosa property. The roof received damage from the high winds and water poured in that affected a total of three floors of the property. SERVPRO technicians arrived quickly to extract the water, but due to the amount of damage, much of the building materials required disposal, such as seen on the stairs with carpet and padding removed so the treads and risers could get dried. Once the water restoration services were completed in the home, the homeowner turned the task of the rebuild over to SERVPRO as well. The technicians put in new electrical, plumbing, wainscoting on the stairs and installed new carpet.
