Stove Top Fire Results in Damage in this Santa Rosa Beach Unit

This type of fire is all too common in Santa Rosa Beach and elsewhere. Flames from frying pans can cause damage to the appliances (the range was ruined) and the smoke stained and smelled up the unit. The owner, a seasonal resident, wanted to renovate the entire kitchen. We started by isolating the kitchen from the remaining areas of the condo to stop the migration of smoke particles and odors and then began to remove the cabinets.
